Thank you for considering a donation to Links Players. We are often asked how we are funded, and the answer is simple: through the generous monetary gifts of our donors.

Each year, we anticipate God’s provision for Links Players. Though we operate as leanly as possible, websites, Bible studies, videos, and other resources all require time and money to produce. In the same way, our staff are doing work among Fellowship leaders by teaching, encouraging, communicating, and facilitating. This, too, requires time that others might spend in traditional work. To help these staff members meet personal needs, they are paid salaries that allow them to be effective in the places they live, work, and interact with golfers.

Because we have always recognized the donations that come our way as the provision of God, and because we see your donation as an expression of trust in what we do, we make every effort to strike the right balance between fiscal conservatism and prayerful forays into new ministry activities.

The most convenient way to transfer securities to Links Players International is via electronic transfer. Simply contact your broker to initiate the transfer of your securities from your account into Links Player International’s account with the following information:

Donating from an Individual Retirement Account (IRA):

• Eligibility:
  • To make a QCD, you must be 70½ years old or older.
  • Done through a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD)
  • The QCD option is available for traditional IRAs, but not for Simplified Employee Pension (SEP) IRAs or Savings Incentive Match Plans for Employees (SIMPLE) IRAs.
• Contact the IRA Custodian:
  • Get in touch with the financial institution that holds your IRA. This could be a bank, brokerage firm, or any other financial institution.
• Provide Charity Information:

• Initiate the Distribution:
  • Request a distribution from your IRA. This distribution is generally a direct transfer from the IRA custodian to the charity.
