Our mission at Links Players is to help ‘change the conversation’ at golf courses and country clubs through a ministry of presence. Region Director Drew Hamilton spends his time serving 75+ Links Fellowships throughout the Central Time Zone and delights in sharing the Good News through the great game of golf.

Donating from an Individual Retirement Account (IRA):
- Eligibility:
- To make a QCD, you must be 70½ years old or older.
- Done through a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD)
- The QCD option is available for traditional IRAs, but not for Simplified Employee Pension (SEP) IRAs or Savings Incentive Match Plans for Employees (SIMPLE) IRAs.
- Contact the IRA Custodian:
- Get in touch with the financial institution that holds your IRA. This could be a bank, brokerage firm, or any other financial institution.
- Provide Charity Information:

- Initiate the Distribution:
- Request a distribution from your IRA. This distribution is generally a direct transfer from the IRA custodian to the charity.
