How it works
- Donation: An employee makes a donation to an eligible nonprofit organization.
- Submission: The employee submits a matching gift request to their employer, often through an online portal or form.
- Verification: The company verifies the donation with the nonprofit organization.
- Matching: The company then donates an amount equal to or greater than the employee’s donation to the nonprofit.
